On 22 June 2012, Converse started its quest to uncover South Africa’s finest unsigned musical talent by encouraging bands to Get Out of the Garage and stand a chance to perform at London’s iconic 100 Club. 138 acts submitted their diverse offerings via Converse’s Facebook page, more than 30,000 new fans joined the community and close to 3,000 votes were cast for Mzansi’s hottest up and coming musos.
